Not open on Sunday. Beware, despite the information on their website and on google saying otherwise, and the fact the garden centre they are in is open, they are not open on a Sunday. They also don't answer the phone or respond to messages promptly. Hence a total waste of a long journey. There are spas on display which you can see if they are open, but no swimming pools. I suppose the out of date website full of duff links should have been a warning.
Bought a hot tub off them a few years ago, but in the last 3 months Ive called them 6 times to order some new jets, Ive spoken to 2 people and get told ok someone will get back to you shortly, have not had a call back from them, Im now looking to see if anyone else in the country deals with this brand so I can order the parts from them instead.
